How do I subscribe or sign up?

You can become a co-landlord/fractional owner/co-owner withN25, 000.00 (Twenty-Five Thousand Naira, only) or any amount in multiples of N25,000.00 and slots will be given on a first to subscribe basis on each unit of apartment made available for purchase per time.

Are there other payments, charges or fees apart from the payment for subscription/investment?

No, in most cases, there are no additional payments beyond the payment per unit. However, all payments are indicated on each offer and the peculiarity of each offer will have all necessary payments stated.

Yes, we recognize that fractional owners/investors may need to sell or transfer their โ€œfractionโ€ for varying reasons. Note however that other fractional owners shall have the right of first refusal where you intend to sell and/or transfer your fraction. Transfers will also attract some transactional cost to be paid by you the person selling/transferring.

Why should I invest in this platform, what do I stand to gain at the end?

As you probably know, you can hardly go wrong investing in Real Estate if done right. Studies have shown that properties double in price/value over a period of 10 (Ten) years on the average which means that in 5 (Five) years your investment might have had at least a 50% appreciation in value/price. You will get rental income and returns on your investment.

Note also that a yearly valuation will be done on the apartments to ascertain their market value as it appreciates.

Not forgetting that Realty Point Limited shall manage the flat-apartment until winding up after which we will sell it at the prevailing market value and remit your share to you based on your fractional holding. Winding up is initially fixed for 5years from handover.

How do I receive my returns?

As stipulated in the investment term sheet, payments of return either periodic rental inflows or capital appreciation are made into the designated bank account of the investor as provided on his/her profile. Investors can view the status of their return in their wallet balance on the platform, they can also make withdrawals from that wallet.
